How we use it
To process and deliver your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — send you marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
Payment data
Card details are handled by our payment processors and are never stored on Ornalika servers. We receive only the last four digits and the transaction result.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@ornalika.com and we will respond within 7 business days.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting purposes. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.
